All the people involved have finished everything to such a high standard. We have also always found Nik to be really easy to deal with, patient and nothing is too much trouble. There were a couple of things that needed to be changed and the solutions Nik and the team offered actually made it look better! Renovating the bathroom for the first time in 25 years was rather daunting.  I really appreciated Brendon’s ability to listen to what I wanted, offer advice, but find a way to make what I wanted work.

Communication was the key.  Even though I know that my project was small in the scheme of things, I felt like I had 100% of the work staffs attention, from start to finish.  Also, this is the only building project where things started on time, stuck to plan, and stayed on budget, except for a couple of hidden issues discovered along the way.

Melinda - bathroom renovation

We recently replaced our entire kitchen and carried out bathroom renovations. Buildingworks was recommended to us by the kitchen designers to carry out all the preparation work and other aspects of the renovation. We were very happy with the work they did and as there were several different trades involved, it was a great relief not to have to engage them all ourselves and then project manage their work. Brendan organised all of that and made sure they all turned up when they were supposed to and did whatever they needed to do to allow the next stage of the work to be completed – that removed a lot of potential stress for us. The tradesmen were all skilled professionals and we were very pleased with the quality of their work. Brendan even sent someone along to clean and tidy our house at the end of the project – a nice touch! We would have no hesitation in recommending Buildingworks for renovation projects.
